Cupping is called Ba Guan (拔罐） in Chinese. It is one the common treatment modalities of acupuncture. By releasing the muscle tension, promoting blood circulation, removing wind cold from the body, it can help you open up channels, eliminate stagnation and eventually make you pain free. Personally, I prefer fire cupping.
